One-Year

It has been one helluva ride. Our doors have been open for one year. I have learned so much in that time and don't think I have ever worked so hard with long hours, little sleep, commuting daily, being emotional and even the hard ass and downright bitch. I have too much invested in this venture to force a relationship that didn't benefit the business and that also goes for my personal life. Dating has been basically non-existent and that's ok. There's a time for everything and a new business' first year is extremely important. Sacrifices had to be made.

But it was time to celebrate. I had a party and invited friends, family, customers, investors and clients. It was a good time and a very long night. After the rush died down, I was able to say more than hello to my guests and dance a bit.

Thank you for those that came out and have supported me and DW. It means the world to me!

Cheers!
