Responses to WIN products so far:

"Winrgy

Taste
There is no taste to this product. The lack of sugar no doubt contributes to its extreme lack of flavor. Recommend only drinking with similar “flavored” beverages. Meaning, if Winergy is “citrus” flavored, it should be drank with orange juice or lemonade.

Texture
The beverage has a powdery texture, similar to AirBorne, but not as pleasant. It leaves the tongue feeling dry causing a reaction of smacking your tongue to the top of your mouth, similar to when a wine has too much tannins.

Effect
I did not feel energetic, per se, but I did not feel tired. The lack of fatigue was a noticeable improvement compared to previous days around the same time at work when I did not use Winrgy.

Overall
My overall opinion of the product is it’s taste outweighs its effect. Because of its powdery texture and severe lack of flavor, I would chose existing energy drinks that have better quality flavor and texture than Winrgy, regardless of Winrgy’s positive effects."

Santa Fe, New Mexico

I got back from Santa Fe, New Mexico on Sunday afternoon after a layover in Phoenix, Arizona where the state passed a law to basically legalize racial profiling. I did not have to switch planes and just being in the state made me feel a bit odd. I joked around with a friend of mine over Facebook saying that I’m glad I didn’t get questioned, otherwise I’d have to turn into a stealthy ninja or change into my Mirror’s Edge persona to avoid being deported.

Anyways, Santa Fe was nice but my bf and I agreed that we would never live there or probably come back for a long, long time. If we did, we’d definitely stay in Albuquerque to explore the bigger city. I’ve had my fill of Mexican food for awhile, though I just realized that I had an Eating Right Chicken Enchilada for lunch last yesterday. I am still craving Chevy’s Shrimp and Crab Enchilada as well. And guacamole. Mmmm, Ok, so I haven’t had my fill of Mexican food. But I did have quite a bit of margaritas and sangria. Most of my experiences there have been posted in my Yelp! reviews. We went to Chimayo, the downtown area and our first meal there was at a Taco Bell. We were hungry. Customer service sucks at almost every spot there and the creperie downtown will definitely rip you off. The weather is nice. Hot and windy. Sneaking into the community hot tub after 10 PM was real nice after our last day there. We got to spend time with a little one year old and it re-confirmed that the bf and I want a baby.

The couple we were visiting had a parrot that only likes females, then we discovered that maybe it just doesn’t like the male owner b/c my bf was able to hold him. It was a sweet bird. All it wanted was attention, just like their two dogs. It’s tough that they have a baby as well because the dogs don’t get as much attention, which is completely understandable. Zeus, a hound and probably golden retriever mix, was allowed to sleep with us in the king size bed. Our little Boston Terrier, Bevo, always sleeps with us. Bevo didn’t travel with us this time so we missed our dog.

Our first full day, we spent most of the time downtown, touring the vendors, sitting in the park, stopped off at the basilica. Our friend bought me a nice bracelet while I was on the phone with my boss. It’s blue so it’ll go with my jeans! We checked out one spot that had a lot of Day of the Dead figurines and I’m not sure I would like a skeleton bride and groom given to me as a wedding present. I think that sends mixed messages. Someone enlighten me on that. At night we went bar hopping and I saw our friends salsa. Read it at my Yelp! page, there were more instances of really bad service.

Fake flowers I found in the market.

I was reading about the touristy spots online on my iPhone and found that there’s the Miraculous Staircase at a chapel – it stand without any major support. Our friends thought it was in Chimayo and we ended up at a chapel there that supposedly had some healing power and an energy vortex. There were Indian dancers in feathers and dress dancing in the hot sun. The headpieces were beautiful. Once we determined that we were in the wrong spot, we had to go back to downtown Santa Fe and got there 5 minutes before they closed for a private event. I tried to use my Event Planner card to sneak a peek but the lady didn’t care. We went another way around and I tried the Event Planner card again, but the same lady said no. Ugh!

We then walked up and down Canyon Road which was gallery central. It was warm and a tiny incline so I was bit warm. I didn’t want to hold my bf’s hand as his palms were also perspiring. We went to our friend’s favorite gallery called Chalk Farm Gallery and I discovered Vladamir Kush. You could get lost in his paintings. The one I was staring at for a while cost around $130K. Eek! I probably could’ve spent all day on this strip visiting every gallery and grabbing lunch and a glass of wine at Geronimo.

On our last night, we had dinner in to save money, more margaritas, sangria and wine and checked out the hot tub. Then it was time to go home.

In terms of Biolean, I took it Friday but forgot to do son until today. Oops. But Friday or today, I didn't have any dizziness or anything. I just hate swallowing those stinky pills. I did work out yesterday though. Just for 30 mins with Carmen Electra. Ha! DailyBurn doesn’t have her video listed so not sure what my caloric burn total was. Nonetheless, I did something active.

DAY V - Biolean, New Mexico bound

I'm packed and ready to jump on a plane for New Mexico. We are mainly staying in Santa Fe but I hear we may get a hotel room in Albuquerque and explore the capital Saturday night. Looking forward to visiting both cities. My boss' son went to school at the Sandhill Center in Los Lunas for a few months so it'd be nice to explore towns that I've researched and made reservations for thru Office Manager related tasks.

I've packed my supply of Biolean and an extra couple of samples of it and WINrgy in case friends down there want to try it. I've also packed my business cards and awaiting the delivery of my new ones ordered thru Vistaprint. I only paid $7.50 for 250 of them.

Biolean - I took the remaining two green ones in the pack and I don't feel different at all. Perhaps I'm on a high and ready to leave the office to get this vacation started! Or maybe it's the white pill with all the strong ingredients. I'll have to look that up.

But the face is still smooth this morning from my WinSpa Enzyme Peel. If I didn't only have a carry on to NM, I would have brought it and shared it with a friend. Darn.

WinSpa Enzyme Peel at Home

I just cracked open my very own bottle of WinSpa's Enzyme Peel and I
have to say it's amazing, amazing stuff. It didn't take long for me to
do and my face is oh so soft. DB rubs my face with the back of
his hand and softly says 'exfoliate' as if it were silk.

This is the only time I used the product after the spa day a few weeks
ago. The container is large enough that it's going to last me quite
some time.

Now I'm ready for my vacation to start. I got my brows and nails done,
now my face feels so clean.

Get this product here.

DAY IV - Biolean

Half a bagel with reduced fat crunchy peanut butter and 1 white pill, 1 green pill at 8:40 AM. Did crunches this morning and weighed in at 115. Had less than 1000 calories yesterday according my dailyburn.com log...

11:10 AM - No raising of the temperature, sweats, or dizziness. Could my body be getting used to it?

4:10 PM - Still no raising of the temperature, sweats or dizziness.

My sponsor says another Event Planner she's working with loves the product and her pants are falling off of her. We shall see for me... I'm not looking to hit a weight goal just be able to build more lean muscle and like the way my clothes fit.

Off to New Mexico tomorrow afternoon. It'll be my first time there.

Day III – Biolean II & WINrgy

(Day II was part of the last post, Day I)

Today, I’m just trying just the white one and one green one at 9:25 AM. I had half a bagel on my way into work. Let’s see how this makes me feel. Also having a cup of coffee. I alerted Vicki that I’m not excited about taking so many pills and how my body reacted to it. She advised that I may want to try to cut the dose in half because of my size. So that’s what I’m doing today. Let’s see. I’m headed to New Mexico this week and a friend says we’ll be sitting by the pool sipping margaritas. In a bikini? Eek. I’ve been getting up early, doing my 300 crunches everyday and feeling better. I know there’s muscle under that extra layer of squishiness.
9:50 AM – I feel a little loopie – kinda dizzy.
10:50 AM – Not so dizzy.
11:15 AM – Getting hungry.
Noon – Having a Lean Cuisine for lunch and feeling back to normal. Let’s see if I can do it tomorrow as well.

In terms of WINrgy, I added it to my orange juice Saturday afternoon after a night at Somar Bar in Oakland for a friend’s birthday and a Boston Terrier Meetup at Stern Grove Park in San Francisco. When I got home, I took a nap and prepped for an event I was working in San Francisco beginning at 5 PM. I mixed it and took my OJ to go. I finished it before I got to my party destination and I only remember swallowing one small clump of the powdered WINrgy mixture. I was pretty exhausted that day but I survived the evening. I had to trek up a big hill on Noe Street, was on my feet until 11 PM and I think I did just fine. Today, I am having another serving with OJ. It's about 12:45 PM.
1:03 PM - Feeling a bit warm. 75% done with my WINrgy OJ.

Day 1 - Biolean II

I am on my first full day on Biolean II produced by WIN International out of Plano, Texas I took my first three pills at lunch with the group at the nicest Chevy's I've ever been to. The three other people I was there with also took Lipotrim which if I need to refresh my memory as to its purpose.

Later that day I felt a little tired. I'm not sure if it was because I woke up early with the intentions of going to the gym or thinking about the first meeting with a potential new bride. I cannot definitely relate my tiredness to the pills I took.

Today I had fried eggs and toast with butter. I know, bad, bad, bad but it was so very good. It's been quite some time since I've had fried eggs. I remembered around 11 am that I needed to take the two other pills. If I'm going to try to sell it to my clients and friends, I have to completely experience a full cycle. So took the remaining two pills and like the weenie I am, I had a hard time swallowing them
this time. I was eyeing the browning bananas on the counter and thought 'Next time.' I loathe bananas although they're so good for you.

The bf and I had lunch around 2 with my grandparents for Mother's Day. As we were approaching Highway 4 in the cloverleaf, I began to feel a little lightheaded and warm. I did have my DKNY winter coat on but it really hit me. I also noticed that I wasn't feeling very hungry. But at lunch, I had a healthy serving. Nothing over the top.

7 PM rolled around and my BF asked me what I wanted for dinner. I wasn't hungry. And around the same time yesterday, I wasn't famished either. Hmmm, this may just work as a hunger suppressant. Tonight, I didn't have any dinner. I had a very small glass of orange juice and some water. It is now 11:25 PM and I'm still not hungry. My stomach isn't grumbling but I'm having a hard time falling asleep. I could just be stressing and thinking about upcoming events. That's when I decided to jot down my reactions to these products. Please note that every body is different and reacts differently to nutritional supplementation.

Funny - my fortune cookie said something along the lines that money
will be heading my way. I sure hope so.
