I just purchased my ticket to Hoopla, Stella & Dot's Annual National Sales Conference that will be taking place at the San Francisco Hilton near Union Square for three days, July 7-9, 2011. Due to some other responsibilities my household had to address, I wasn't absolutely positive I was going to go. But now I DEFINITELY am!! (Thanks to the Fiance for giving me the green light.) I had such a great time at the last training session in Danville, CA at Faz Restaurant. I met great ladies and left energized and I ended up having a pretty decent month, with only being my 2nd month in the business. I have had more success as a Stylist than... oh nevermind. I'm Going to HOOPLA!

I am most looking forward to the Fashion Show where they unveil the Fall 2011 line. The last fashion show I went to, I was in it. That was ages ago! We'll also have a chance to feel like we're at a super-sized Trunk Show because we'll get to touch and try the jewelry before we make our purchases for new additions to our display tables. I can't wait to add more to my display! And I can't wait to book a Trunk Show with YOU with them!

Besides the new jewelry, we'll be able to interact with Jessica Herrin and Danielle Redner and receive additional trainings. I am very much looking forward to this and I am sure I won't regret going.

Who's excited?? I'M excited!

***UPDATE 7/5/11*** I'm so bummed that I won't be able to make it to Hoopla afterall. Per my Cut, Cut, Cut posting above I had to cut back on some expenses. It would have been so much fun but I have to use the money for Hoopla towards the new Fall line which I am so excited to see this coming Thursday.

I noticed that my blog got quite a bit of hits this weekend due to the search word: "HOOPLA" - LOVE those hits! Keep 'em coming!

I became a fan of the Bad Girls Club when a Season 3 marathon was airing (in 2008, is it?) and I just had the television on while I was doing chores around the house. Every now and then I’d hear “*BEEP* you, you *BEEP*ing *BEEP*!”, some screaming and “This is the Amber Show” do-do-do-do-do-Doo! My Most Engaging Post Yet

Christmas is just days away. A storm in the Bay Area has passed. Two holiday parties were a success. But these past 18 hours have been a whirlwind for sure. Yesterday evening, after dinner, in our home office discussing the home we are in process of purchasing, holding a gray box from The Shane Company , my boyfriend (wearing a black long sleeved shirt and his Adidas pants with white paint stains from painting the condo earlier this year, and I in jeans, my Toby Keith blue tank top from his Las Vegas “ I Love This Bar ” restaurant, my blue SFSU zipper up sweatshirt, and my brown childhood blanket draped over my lap) got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. “Yeah.” I hugged him tight and kissed him repeatedly. It's Gonna Be May

I'm sure you've seen it. If you have a friend named May, the *Nsync memes are overtaking your Facebook and Instagram feed, right? Tomorrow ends the month of April and I was 10 posts behind the daily blog post challenge. For this Monday Motivation post, I will keep going until I reach that 30 count. Better late than never! May is turning out to be a busy month. Not surprising for this One Busy Bee. I finally have a set schedule for my part time job as a Concierge at the Argonaut Hotel at Fisherman's Wharf. I really do like the job, what I'm doing, the hotel and staff, and how the time spent here contributes to my experience in the travel and tourism industry, all the while continuing in the hospitality industry as well. Working only about 30 hours a week, it will finally allow me to schedule workouts, get in some sort of sleeping pattern and work on my business as a Travel Agent . There is so much to do!
